Snapshots: Petronas Towers, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

From Filipina on Flip Flops, 1 month ago, Read 0 times. Similar articles

I've flown into Kuala Lumpur four times, but can't say I've actually explored it, unfortunately. I'd been there once overnight for work, and the other three times during our KL-Sing-Bali trip in 2010, although we were only in Malaysia during the intervals between Singapore and Indonesia and barely had time to do anything but hang around at the airport. In a few weeks I will be flying to KL again to get to Laos, but hopefully I get to explore it a little bit, maybe try the food. Read more

Missed The Cut ? Malaysia

From Craig Ferguson Images, 1 month ago, Read 0 times. Similar articles

KLCC Twin Towers, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Craig Ferguson) No one ever said that life as a travel photographer was easy. Over 120 images from a range of different photographers were submitted for consideration and at the end of the selection process, the client didn’t find any that met their requirements. That’s how it works sometimes. No... Read more

Malaysia-based photographers Matt Brandon and Nate Watkins have just published their latest multimedia story The Mamas of Chowrasta. It’s a look into the lives of butchers and fish mongers in the traditional markets of Penang, and what the future may hold for these trades. Hotel Seri Malaysia Kangar

From Borneo Tip, 1 month ago, Read 0 times. Similar articles

Hotel Seri Malaysia Kangar is probably the best place to stay while in Kangar, Perlis although there is a little distance from the town centre itself.Nevertheless, the hotel is nestle between a serene surrounding with a small hill behind it which is just perfect for a retreat. The hotel is just opened not long ago and most of the facilities here are still new.   The lobby and reception area is not air conditioned but the temperature is still bearable, probably due to the... Bruneian road trip

From Life in Brunei, 1 month ago, Read 0 times. Similar articles

There are not that many places we can road trip to here in Brunei, it's quite a small country after all! We went to the Oil and Gas Discovery Center. I had purposely saved the visit there until we had visitors to take along, and today was the day.If I didn't know that my... Read more
