We may at any time change the terms and conditions herein. You should therefore read these Terms of Use each time you visit SLIP. By using SLIP you agree to the Terms of Use in force from time to time. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, please do not use the Site.
Intellectual property rights
The viewing, printing or downloading of any content, video, audio, graphic, form or document from SLIP grants you only a revocable, nonexclusive license for use solely by you for personal, noncommercial purposes limited to the use as is reasonably required to view and listen to the content and navigate through the pages and links generally available to the public using a standard Internet browser and standard media player, and not for republication, distribution, assignment, sublicense, sale, preparation of derivative works or other use. Should any provision of this agreement be held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable by a court law, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain unaffected thereby unless otherwise stated.
These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with terms and conditions of any order submitted. Use of SLIP constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and keep SLIP, its officers, employees, agents and shareholders harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees), arising from your use of the Site, the Content or breach of these Terms of Use.
General and governing law
SLIP can be accessed from numerous places and countries around the world. That shall not be understood as SLIP has agreed to offer its services or part thereof in the place or country where you are located.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without reference to its conflicts or choice of laws provision. You consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

This page sets forth the privacy policies and practices of SLIP Pte Ltd, a Singapore Private Limited company, and its affiliated companies within the SLIP Marketing Network ("SLIPâ€Â or "we" or "us").
Please read this privacy policy carefully since by visiting and using SLIP and sharing information with our company you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy unless you offer different terms which are accepted by SLIP in writing.
Information Collection and Use
SLIP is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to any outside parties, except as outlined in this policy. SLIP collects information from our users at several different points on our website in order to process orders and better serve you with pertinent information. Information collected includes name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, and payment information such as credit card or bank details. SLIP also requires you to submit a user name and password of your choice for future access to your information. Your user name and password is to remain confidential and you should not share this information with anyone.
Registration
In order to use SLIP affiliation platform, you must first complete the registration form. During registration you are required to give your contact information, which includes name, e-mail, telephone number, bank account or credit card details and physical address. This information is used to contact you about your transactions on SLIP such as sending automated transaction status updates. This information is also used for billing or payment purposes for the transaction processed through SLIP affiliate marketing platform.
We do not share your personal and financial information with any third parties. The only exception is when processing your credit card information with the merchant bank for authorization and approval. This process is protected by an enhanced security system. See Security paragraph for more details on security measures and procedures.
Cookies
With respect to cookies, we use cookies to customize web page content based on visitors' browser type or other information that the visitor sends. If you reject the cookie, you may still use our site; however you will be unable to use some of our functions. You may change or review your recorded account information such as address or e-mail through our website at or by going to the home page at www.SLIP and clicking on the "my account" button. You must have your username and password in order to access your account.
